Caregiver Respite
The Ottawa Tribe has a long and rich history, and it is known for its commitment to caring for its elders and providing support for caregivers. The Ottawa Tribe of Indians’ caregiver program is a comprehensive initiative that offers resources, services, and support to assist unpaid caregivers who are caring for an older relative with a chronic illness or disability and to help provide support services for family caregivers and/or grandparents or older individuals who are relative caregivers.
This program is designed to help caregivers meet the physical, emotional, and financial demands of their role, and it is a testament to the Ottawa Tribe’s commitment to its members’ well-being.
